USA Shippments (via USPS First Class Mail):
We ship ALL orders via USPS first class mail within the US, unless otherwise specified at checkout. All order ship within 7 days.
Some companies will ship everything media mail rate or ground by boat oversees. Yes, this is an inexpensive way to ship, but who wants to wait 3 - 4 weeks for their order. First Class mail is a few cents more, and worth every penny. You know you will receive first class attention and your package will not be thrown around or smashed under large media mail boxes.
Returns/Refunds
We accept returns with a 100% money back guarantee, providing the CD, album or other media is returned
unopened.
Choosing the right Shipping method
If you desire a tracking number you need to select UPS as your delivery method. USPS has delivery confirmation for a fee, but does not have tracking numbers.
Oversees and Canadian Orders
We make every effort to ship your order with minimal delay, however foriegn orders must pass through customs which can take time. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before contacting us. All items have a declared value of $20 or less.
Replacement
We will gladly replace any lost order due to Post Office error providing we are contacted within 30 days of order date. We strongly recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance for your product as we can not be held liable for lost shippment or damage due to situations out of our control. To purchase, please notify us within your order.
